By accessing or using Craftrader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, you may not access the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, and sellers.

2. Account registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain and update your account info
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Be 18+ to create a seller account

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use Craftrader to:

• Sell mass-produced or non-handmade items as handmade
• Sell prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods)
• Engage in fraud or misrepresent your identity
• Harass or harm other users
• Upload IP-infringing content
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Use automated systems without permission

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting, you grant Craftrader a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform — including training AI models on anonymized data.

5. Intellectual property

The Craftrader name, logo, and platform design are trademarks of Craftrader Inc. For DMCA notices, contact legal@craftrader.com.

6. Limitation of liability

Craftrader is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We're not a party to transactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime through settings.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via email and platform notice. Continued use means acceptance.
